Does religion still have a future? Does the church disappear from our society? The world-famous philosopher Hans Joas opposes the popular hypothesis of progressive secularisation. He writes about the necessity and return of the church to modern society.

On November 18, Hans Joas was in the Netherlands for an audience interview and the book presentation of the Dutch translation of "Waar Kerk?'. He talked to Gabriel van den Brink and Erik Borgman.
