The book Finance and the Common Good is still available at Amsterdam University Press. Wouter Bos, Jan Peter Balkenende, Herman van Rompuy, Govert Buijs, Haroon Sheikh and others wrote a contribution. Cor van Beuningen and Kees Buitendijk compiled the collection and wrote introductions. The book was published in July 2019.
