Young Leaders started in Finance 2024-2025 on 26 November 2024. Julia van Boven and Jelle van Baardewijk spoke to ING about Moral ambition under the direction of moderator Annemarie Wehmeyer.
A large part of the weekly life as a young professional is dedicated to work. The question of the meaning of work is becoming increasingly important. What do I want to realize in my work? And what does it mean to do meaningful work? And who am I as a banker, investor and supervisor? Those are the questions that Julia van Boven and Jelle van Baardewijk worked with on the basis of Moral ambition, the popular book of Rutger Bregman.
