In the light of 75+1 years of freedom, a documentary (video) made in collaboration with the National Committee 4 and 5 May, vfonds, Wilminktheater Muziekcentrum, the province of Overijssel and the municipality of Tubbergen. Bas Westerweel talked to Frans Timmermans, Mathieu Segers and Welmoed Vlieger about the significance of freedom today for Tubbergen, the Netherlands and Europe.
A conference bundle of the same name wasoffered on 9 May 2022to the Mayor, Mrs Wilmien Haverkamp-Wenker and to Mr Henny Oude Geerdink, the former alderman and chairman of the Schaepman Foundation. The collection contains introductions that were expressed at the conference a year earlier on the occasion of the 75+1 year remembrance of the Dutch liberation. Conviviality Flyer spoke about "Innerness and freedom . . . about freedom as an existential choice;" Mathieu Segers on "The Cross Sea of European History" and Frans Timmermans on "Freedom and Responsibility." The collection was introduced by Mayor Wilmien Haverkamp with the preface "Noaberschap gets a new impulse" and ended with the epilogue of Socires-founder and data subject Jos van Gennip "Further with Dr Schaepman . . ."
