
Young Leaders in Finance (YLF) is a leadership program for young professionals in the financial sector to further develop in personal and professional leadership. Sub-topics are compliance, professionalism, sustainability and geopolitics. The programme consists of four meetings, started on 28 November 2023 and lasts for a year.

Think tanks Socires and Sustainable Finance Lab (SFL) together implement the Finance and the Common Good programme. As part of that programme, the annual programme for young leaders from the financial sector will start in autumn 2023. We do this with: inspiration by top speakers, forms of work focused on action, guidance and coaching, participation in high-level conversations, and a platform to write and publish articles.

— Sustainability and the financial sector (16 April 2024), with Paul Schenderling (Sufficiency) and Maarten Biermans.
— Geopolitical and financing: the importance of Europe (11 June 2024), with Menno Middeldorp (RaboResearch) and Menno Snel (Hague).

About Socires and Sustainable Finance Lab
Sociresis an independent think tank based in The Hague. Socires Its programmes address complex societal issues related to politics, (financial) economy and governance.
